Ballroom & Latin American

Combining the elegance of Ballroom with the vibrance of Latin American.

People from all walks of life  enjoy the social and competitive nature of ballroom dancing.  The following 10 ballroom dances are seen world wide on dance floors, screen and stage. 

Classes include: Waltz, Quick Step, Tango, Foxtrot, Cha cha cha, Rumba, Samba and Jive.

Barre attack

Barre Attack is a dynamic fusion of Pilates, Ballet and fitness.

Barre Attack is a low impact, high intensity workout combining standing pilates work, short cardio intervals, and dance moves in a ballet class. The class is accessible for everybody and all levels of fitness.

Dance is an important part of the Arabic culture. It is a way of celebrating with your surrounding communities and expressing yourself. Regardless of age  and level, it is something for everyone to participate in. You will learn styles of Egyptian, Lebanese, Iraqi and Persian styles of dance along with many others.

Let’s Kanga!

Kangatraining is the original baby wearing workout! Designed for the postnatal body, Kangatraining allows you to regain strength and fitness while focusing on pelvic floor stability, and restrengthening your core. Classes include floor work, dance-based aerobic work, and specific choreography for different muscle groups ( such as squats/lunges/arms etc).

Sparkle Ballet

Those little toes

For those little ones that can’t keep still, Sparkle Ballet is the perfect environment that encourages coordination, friendships and focus. Floor work includes wand & ribbon twirling, stretching and exciting routines.

Let’s get your body moving!

Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training — alternating fast and slow rhythms — and resistance training.
